Prayer, Care, Response

For the hurting, the hopeless, the discouraged, the depressed, the frustrated, and the confused, we offer God's love, acceptance, guidance, and encouragement. We want to help those who are hurting, and to pray for every person regardless of their situation and resources to live a life that pleases God. Our members respond to those in need because they too know how God and His Church has responded to the needs in their own lives.

Look through our ministries of providing care, prayer, & response listed on this page.

Members are invited to explore training and joining in our ministries of providing care, prayer, & response.

How can we help you?

Need Prayer?

Send us your request The Prayer Team is committed to helping our members and fellow Christians pray for those in need and to give thanks for the blessing we have been granted. Each member of the Prayer Team prays daily asking for specific help from God. We are Christians and we are happy to pray for you no matter who you are. If you want help from God, you are our kind of people.

Hospital, Hospice, & Homebound Visitation?

In addition to Requesting Prayer we offer our love, concern, comfort, and compassion to those admitted to our local Grossmont & Kaiser (Zion) hospitals, hospices, and to those who are homebound in our East County of San Diego. You may Request a Hospital or Home Care Visit. If you live outside the East County San Diego area, we will try to put you in contact with a Christian Care ministry in your area.

Getting Married?

Premarital Counseling is designed to help prepare you and your beloved to gain greater insight into a Christ-centered marriage so that you might embark on your life long journey with one another.

Deciding to Marry is a Commitment. We are happy to invest in your commitment and your upcoming marriage. If you would like to have one of our clergy officiate at your wedding ceremony, you must complete the Premarital Counseling program (please allow 30 days as this requires several sessions). To begin the process, please request a Wedding Information Brochure. It will contain information and the bride and groom questionaires to be completed in requesting a premarital interview. We recommend you schedule your premarital interview 3 months prior to your wedding date (premarital counseling is scheduled after this preliminary interview).

Funerals?

In addition to Requesting Prayer we offer our compassion and comfort in the hope of the Christian Faith at a time of the death of your loved one. If you would like to have someone contact you to Arrange a Christian Burial Service in the San Diego metro area. If you live outside the East County San Diego area, we will try to put you in contact with a Christian Care ministry in your area.
